I hate to even have to write this review but our level of frustration is at an all time high. My husband, Josh sullivan has an injury case & chose to go with Morgan & Morgan bc of all the advertising saying they are here for the little guy & all that but unfortunately that has not been our experience up to this point. We have struggled every single time we reach out for an update bc we rarely hear from anyone unless we inquire. We are coming up on 2 years since his accident & there has been very little progress. Every single time my husband calls he has to leave countless voicemails just to never hear back until someone eventually gets around to calling back. This time he’s been calling for over a month bc it’s been months since we have heard anything from them when we were supposed to hear back in a week on what they are supposedly working on, he’s left Tanner voicemail after voicemail & has heard nothing from him or the paralegal. Not to mention the paralegal is extremely rude and dismissive, I am heavily involved in the case & I have handled getting all documentation so my husband includes me on the phone calls but when I ask a question to the paralegal she addresses it to my husband, refuses to acknowledge me. it’s ridiculous. The poor communication is about all we can take. We thought this would be a good fit and they would work to help us get what we deserve but now I feel like we have done all we can do & need to start looking at other options, we feel as if we are a small case to them so we are at the bottom of the list to work on. The accident was already a bad, stressful situation and instead of Morgan & Morgan helping and making it better, all that’s been done is added more stress & having to hound them to communicate. It’s extremely disappointing.

My mother hired theses no good law firm for assault of a Burger King employee on the clock jump over the counter and broke my mother's nose and had to go under surgery on April 7 .. Preston was the lawyer we had and he act like he didn't won't the case anyways but he took it he has work on this case for almost 8 months first he said the numbers look good for about $150,000 in 2 days he's assistant Stephanie Foster texts my mother and tells her it's no going to be 30,000 to 50,000 knowing my mother's medical bills cost $30,000 so time they take there cut my mother has nothing for pain and suffering money so my mother decline the offer because of that they dismiss her for no reason at all we been nothing but respect to them and they sit here and dismiss her for what because she didn't like the offer she gets dismissed this is a bad law firm people please be caution by hiring these people there no for the people they are out for themselves
