They were quick on the help and seemed to care with problems

They do an awesome job and are very helpful and caring

I made the mistake of hiring Morgan & Morgan, thinking they could help me. I won my case, got settlement money and they deposited it into their bank. Years later, tried to contact the original attorney/paralegal about the money they owe me, nah - they wont email or call me back! Ha! So far my case manager has been very helpful and informative, and hasn't hesitated to help me understand the case and the process, she has been available, easy to talk to and as an introvert who has trouble speaking with people she has made the experience very manageable for me.

I have spoken to my case manager twice since the incident. I then recieved a letter in the mail saying they haven't been able to reach me. When i spoke to cm the first time i asked her a couple questions that she said she would call me back following week with answers. That never happened. She called me about 4-6 weeks later and seemed like she remembered ir knew nothing from the conversation we had the previous month. A little frustrating on that end, but I do understand it takes time to do things, just quick emails here and there are sufficient for me. I just don't like that I asked questions and never got them answered.
