Lisa was a bulldog in mediation! Like the saying goes, why are divorce attorneys so expensive? Because they are worth every penny! Lisa certainly is and I would highly recommend her.

She was thorough throughout my lengthy divorce. It was drawn out over several long months , but it was due to the process, not Lisa or her office. I received timely feedback with my questions and concerns from Lisa and her staff. Unfortunately my divorce went to trial after three mediations, but I ultimately came out better than settling in mediation . She did everything to destroy my 2 sons lives and mine. She sold out for money for a coal miner whom was accused of killing his first family 4 children and wife. We were married over 20 years and I was a very young girl when we married. I had heard she was on lots of medication for mood swings. She sold herself for money and tried to destroy 2 sons. Through the trail, she lied over and over. Left me and my son's with nothing. If you want a person to sell herself out for money like a prostitute. .then she is the one for you. I forgive her because I'm a Christian but she tried to destroy our lives. Now the ex is deceased, what good came out of her evilness. I hope she has changed and off her medication. I highly recommend Fenwick Law to assist you in creating your estate plan and creating a trust. Jim took the time to listen (REALLY listen) to my concerns about protecting my assets and making sure they would be accessible for my care and the care of my son. He explained the types of wills, powers of attorney and trusts available, their purposes and the benefits and drawbacks of each. He answered all my questions clearly and let me decide what documents I wished to have prepared. He kept me informed of his progress and made any changes I requested.
