Quick story, I made it to a mature age of 58 years young before I found myself needing professional legal assistance. You never really think an Insurance provider you have trusted for year's would require motivation to do the right thing and live up to comments when you need them the most. But sadly here I was, connected with Brian Vines and found an excellent partner to resolve our frustration, honestly, I’m confident we couldn't have found a better advocate, happy with our resolution.

Jonathan Fannin and his team were fantastic handling my personal injury case. They were very professional and kept me constantly in the loop over the case. I would recommend them highly to everyone.

It by far was one of the best experience for LeBron and I, we always felt we were heard, from the time we walked in the office we were made to feel relaxed. After being struck by a 18 wheeler who decided to hit and run. Also trying to deny fault. I had no clue what to do to. At first I thought I would just contact one of the big commercial billboard lawyers and get instant results. But oh how I was wrong. All the big name lawyer’s did was give me the run around or not even contact me back to even discuss my case. So I contacted Hare , Wynn Newell & Newton. Which I should of did in the first place. I was put in contact with John and Brian the same day I called. I explained my situation and case. John and Brian were more than happy and helpful explaining all of the information and documents we needed to get the case started. When I say they started my case right a way I mean it. By the end of the week they had gathered all of my medical bills and medical information I had so far on the case. They were already in contact with the trucking company who had struck me ( which I could never get ahold of them or even a call back). John and Brian had gathered all documents and information for the case in preparation for the legal battle ahead. Once all of my medical treatment was over. John and Brian went in to over drive. While dealing with I imagine all of the calls and paperwork they dealt with they stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Updating me on every conversation they had with the trucking company insurance , to even just contacting me to see how my recovery process was going and to check in on me. Ultimately John and Brian were able to get the trucking company to make a offer for my losses. I was content with it just to pay off my medical bills. But before I could even respond. John told me they could do better. And boy did they do better. They did all of this for me in a short amount of time. Help me lower my medical bills and pay them off with the settlement and even got me more money then I imagined for my pain and suffering and loss of work. All with out having to step in to a court room. I honestly hope I never have to go through another accident like that every again. But if I do I know who I will call right away. I recommend Hare , Wynn , Newell & Newton to everyone and anyone who has been in a situation like mine .They took what I thought was going to be a life changing situation for me that I was going to deal with on my own and made it a personal cause for them. They are professional and made ever conversation feel like I was talking to a family member making sure I was okay and reminding me they were there for me every step of the way. At the end of all of this they even lowered the cost of their services due to my situation ( which they charge way less then what most lawyers were quoting me) . I whole heartily stand behind Hare , Wynn , Newell & Newton for what they do for our community and hope if you are ever in a situation like I was you will remember to not make the same mistake I did and just call Hare , Wynn ,Newell & Newton first.

My lawyer was Jonathan Fannin and I could not have asked for more. He kept me updated through-out the process and returned every call I made to him. I knew that he was working for me and what was in my best interest. I am totally satisfied with the results he got for me. If you need a lawyer then you should call Jonathan.

I don't typically write reviews, but our experience working with Jonathan and Brian after our accident was the best decision we made during the process. They (and the rest of the staff) made things easy for us and were super organized and professional throughout the entire case. They listened to us, checked in on our health, and offered wise counsel when appropriate. It was clear that they weren't out for a simple paycheck or quick settlement - it was only about our well-being and fighting for what we deserved. They also taught us about how the legal/insurance process worked and kept us in the loop over the many months of the case. I can't recommend them enough - 5 stars all around.

I am incredibly grateful for this staff who worked diligently to get me the largest allowable settlement. A car crash which was the other driver's fault resulted in my injury requiring surgery. The last thing you want to worry about while dealing with the stress of surgery, rehabilitation, car insurance, etc. is how you are going to pay your medical bills. I have some experience in law. I love doing things myself. However, when a pickup truck lost it's brakes and hit us, I had a wife in the hospital for six weeks. He made it clear from the very first that MY job was to take care of my wife. He would take care of the rest. He fought and worked with the auto insurance companies and our health insurance, taking a very bad situation and worked it into the very best outcome for us. I work midnights and sent him an e-mail at 3:30 in the morning. He answered me in less than a half hour! Who works at 3:30 am? He didn't just "rubber stamp" the paperwork and take his fee. I saw him create a living, breathing picture to present to the insurance people. 90% of his calls to me was to ask for more photos, statements, and anything that I had to show our situation.
