Difficulty reaching the organization and getting timely responses
“I have tried to speak to a person, anybody everyday for the the last 3 weeks. Even at the time they say to call , that they open for business they say if you are calling for yourself or someone aged 60 older press 6 . When you press it , sometimes it says maximum hold time is , 1 hr. Then it will say you are the first caller your call will be answered in approximately 3 minutes, & it keeps changing from there . Up & up, untill it says there is no one in intake to receive your call.”

Inconsistent quality of service and communication from different attorneys
“I wish I had been able to have kept Spencer or gotten Catherine.. I'm truly disappointed in Patrick everything he said was completely different and in a divorce case that's still not over I wish I had not been bombarded in mediation other day..no preparation just going in there knowing nothing.. I want another attorney to end this mess.”
