It's been years since I had a case with them, but I had Nathalie Dietrich (I apologize if I mispelled the last name). She was super helpful, and so was everyone else. They helped me get my permanent resident status and renew my work permit while awaiting my green card. Every time I went, I got all the information I needed and answers to any questions I had.

Not good customer service. Disappointing interaction over the phone. Called today for a simple consultation and to discuss getting an appointment to talk about a case, and the person doing the intake form sounded extremely arrogant and not interested in helping, or listening.
