Coming from a private physicians group with docs in four different states I was tasked with overseeing the recruitment and credentialing of a newly graduated physician resident on a J1 waiver. I sought counsel from Shannon on getting our doc through the entire immigration process. This was my first go at it and I wouldn't have known where to start had she not been so accessible and thorough throughout the entire process.
