All I can say is I came into this hoping Harris could help me organize my application and ensure I didn’t miss anything. However, they took complete control with me just riding along. My case worker, Kelly Zamora, was top notch! She led me through the process and she answered every question I posed to her. She always answered within a day during the week or first thing Monday. She was also available for phone calls. She’s friendly, an expert, responsive, and completely invested into the success of my application. Again, completely satisfied to this point, where my application is complete and submitted to my agency.

First thing I would like to say, Michelle was awesome! Not only did she have the answers to all questions but she answered with this comforting voice that just instantly put a smile on your face. I did not trust my agency to do the right thing. Harris is the law firm i chose after extensive research. My agency put up roadblocks during my wait such not disapproving my sick leave, ordering me to work when i had a doctors note, changing my time card to AWOL. I gave Harris everything they asked for. Harris did there thing and i was approved in less than 4months. I’m retired military with over 2000 pages of medical evidence. Don’t panic. Hire Harris and trust God will make everything right. I hired Harris on 8/19/24. I was assigned Case Manager Bella O’Rourke who has been very responsive, more so then I thought. She keeps me updated sometimes reaching out 2-3 times a week. So far, I am very pleased with the process.
