Only want to help if they are getting big payout or if you pay them a large sum up front.

They know what they are doing. My settlement wasn't veru good.but they got theirs first.

Don't call them unless you have a car accident. They were not interested in my story about an incorrect medical diagnosis. I did not even receive a rejection call. Rude I doubt you'll get help from here unless you have a really easy claim with an auto accident . I'm pretty disappointed I thought these people from southeastern Kentucky were at least halfway decent human beings.

Awful representation. Lacks communication. Doesn’t represent clients best interest. Represents their interests first. Failed to argue my case correctly-which landed me a settlement that was 20% of what I was really entitled to by the KY Department of Workers Claims. But I couldn’t do anything about it because they had already “argued” the case. They’re only interested in cases with large payouts. They don’t keep you up to date on your case unless you call constantly-and even then, they didn’t inform me of 16 out of 24 documents/motions that had been filed for me. Awful representation. Stay far, far away
