the c*nt up front needs to be fired. don't put up a bunch of ghetto a$$ signs telling you to take a number and then turn around and let people walk in, go up to the counter and be taken care of who didn bother to take a stupid number.

I have now been on hold for 29 minutes to speak to someone.... I think a look at staffing might make sense!!!!
At 34 minutes sounded like someone was going to pick up as it started to ring and went back into Queue. Would email but found from past experience that it takes 2 months to get a response.

Damn have only because I have to. They shouldn't even get one star. I know Mike got a kid out there. This office is a joke and selective. Not even to mention crooked. Look at all these sorry reviews. They see it as we angry, when the real issue is them not doing they job and not giving a Damn.

Been on hold for 40 minutes so far. The phone lines just opened 40 minutes ago....no way they that busy. Half late to work the other half talking and eating.....ugh!
