The audacity the customer service employees have to hang up on people. Clearly no one manages or even attempts to read the reviews for this office. How can there be this many horrible reviews, within the last 10 years, and nothing be done? Very poor customer service, disgusting attitudes. As I quote from a previous review “Deshawn is a piece of work”!

I understand Child support office had nothing to do with my becoming with child....But when my daughter turned 2 and I was 20 single mother needing help raising her, I turned to you. Thinking that I would get help raising my child. Thinking my Childs father would be held accountable for his part in making the child we have today. No jail time (because he didn't kill nobody, he just made a baby ) only probation. Years and years of court cases rolling over more and more every year. Hell I even went to the Grand Jury not much came of that either. I lost faith in the justice system when she was 10, I no longer waist my PTO to go to a court date that would just roll to the next. Keep on sending letters of revoking probation for not paying he make a payment or two then its remanded, until he stop making payments (shortly after) and the cycle continues. No justice, No Consequences, No following through. The system is broken this cycle needs to stop. Here it is my Childs 16 years old, he's made less than 20 payments in this time. Now here it is again revoking probation, he made 2 payment come next court date he's remanded again. When will the mothers get justice, abandoning a child should be more serious of a crime, maybe our children wouldn't act out this way because fathers were finally held accountable and are given the tools through consequences to become better men. What is the purpose for child support division?

Why does it take more than a hour for a phone call to be answered?

They do not care about fathers taking care of their kids. They will lie & say they will lock them up if they miss a payment doesn't happen. They don't care about the parents that do take care of the kids day in & day out. Mine ex is in the $9,000's behind of what he owes & continues to get behind because he pays here & there (irregularly). These people never answer the phone. They need a better system if they can't get to the phones.

I believe my first appointment was back in October or November of last year I have gotten not a call nor a piece mail to let me know what's happening with my case. Mind you I've been calling as soon as they open as well periodically different times of day nobody picks up its incredible.

Waited on phone twice. Just for them to answer. And act like they can't hear me. Only to hang-up, due to them not wanting to there job. Smh

Been on the phone for an hour and a half on hold!!!! They NEVER answer phones!!!!

This week was on hold for two hours and then was hung up on. This office needs to be totally REVAMPED with better attitude workers. I try my best not to have to work with them but when I have to, its a hassle.

The wait time is ridiculous!! A the last guy I spoke to hung up on me after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone!! Deshawn your a piece of work
