“I call and all I get is the bot. I go threw the menu to try and talk to someone and right now the bot says go to the online portal to make an appointment to speak with case manger so I go to the online portal to make an appointment and there is not function on the portal to make an appointment or to send a message to the manger of the problem im having to get a call only action I can take is to make a payment this place makes no since please fix the problems.”

“This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. No other way to reach out and make appointments. Camt find a way to email them either.”

“They reactivated my child support twice while it was in suspension. And they try to force people to stay in the system that don't want to so that they can continue to get their cut from the payments.”
