If been railroaded and arrested on the hearsay of two lying individuals NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVEN

I realize this morning that victims have no rights in this city. Prosecutors are rude when you’re trying to explain what you’ve been through. They behave as if you are the bad person in the situation. Almost like they are laughing at you after they read your charges you are bringing against the guilty party. I can almost guarantee that the Jefferson county jail is filled with victims who attempted to file charges but received no help and had to protect themselves in the best way they could. Victims are silenced. Our voices stripped from us. I truly believe that the only time Jefferson county prosecutors care about the victims is when they are prosecuting victims for protecting themselves. And I don’t mean that in a good way. It seems as if victims are wanted to commit a crime to protect themselves so that the prosecutors can have a bigger case prosecuting the victims. I would love to know what the percentage is when it comes to exactly how many victims are being prosecuted for protecting themselves against their aggressors when no one else in law enforcement would help. Thank God I can retire soon and get out of a toxic city that has prosecutors and a system that cares nothing for victims

Have had multiple convictions for domestic violence based on hear say from all involved. no evidence!...absolutely none! I have done no wrong! Called Mike and he cussed me out;told me I would face harassment charges! Because of this gross misscariage of justice.i have been homeless and unemployed for ten years now.

Jude Wolford and Casey Hayes went over and beyond to make sure that my children's case ended with justice being served. Because of them I have hope for our justice system. I hope that all others in their position see their hard work and passion for justice and fairness and emulate their actions for the benefit of all. God bless their efforts. :)
