Attorney Butler saved my daughter's life! We live in Detroit, which is a 6/7hr drive. Sometimes we had to drive to the court, see the judge & Atty Butler-then leave! Drive 6/7hrs back home. We weren't there 15min! By the way, we're Butlers too! But my baby was going to see family, and got pulled over. She had drugs, pills, weed, checks, check printer & State Licenses with her picture but in other names! She had Sooo many charges, that would mk ur head spin! She also had speeding & wreckless driving! She got Atty Butler's name from a friend, who highly recommended him. And by him being a Butler, I knew he was the one! My daughter got 5yrs but did 10months! We thought the Feds were gonna drop by, but they didn't! Atty Butler was up front & was straight up! He was always there for Us & reassured Us too! Phenomenal. Very happy with the outcome. Nothing scarier than not being sure if being innocent of false allegations is enough. In 2018, I received a knock on my door by the FBI. I picked up the phone, called Mr. Butler's office for the first time, explained the situation and put them on the phone with the FBI. The FBI left my house and I immediately went to Mr. Butler's office. 4 years of craziness and weirdness ensued throughout my case, but Bill and Karen stood by me through every step of the way. Karen and Bill are both amazing people and will help calm you down when you are freaking out. My case ended with me being indicted, sentenced, and ordered to pay restitution, but it was the most favorable outcome that has been seen in that court. Had I not had Mr. Butler representing me...it would have been a far worse outcome. I HIGHLY recommend anyone needing criminal defense to give Mr. Butler a call! Thank you, Bill and Karen! Mr Butler and (Karen) are beyond amazing! In 2019, I was charged in an embezzling case. My family and I were completely lost and scared and had no idea what to do or expect. My family searched for the best attorney we could afford and forever thankful they found Mr Butler. He did not disappoint. At our first meeting, he eased our minds. Four long years I had many court proceedings, several zoom meetings and numerous telephone conversations with Mr Butler or Karen. He was always in court(2 1/2 hour drive), promptly returned my phone calls and fought for me! He was honest ( rather it be in my favor or not) and always told me what to expect and would discuss the different outcomes. I was facing several years in prison and a huge amount of restitution. Through Mr Butler's extensive knowledge of the law and negotiating, a plea agreement was reached during mediation. I received a 10 year sentence and have to pay significant amount of restitution ( which is $200,000 plus less than original amount stated). After serving 6 months in a county jail, I was released on shock probation. I do have monthly restitution payments and will be on probation for many years but I am home with my family.
