Negligence and poor representation in some cases
“Five years ago when I hired Matt he made a huge mistake. The prosecutor agreed to give me misdemeanors as a first time offender and Matt never got him to sign anything he just took the prosecutors word for it and After my x wife's divorce attorney talked to the prosecutor he changed his mind and pursued me for felony charges.”
