Lack of expertise and responsiveness
“I applied for green card and he doesn't have experience and he doesn't know what he is doing and he let someone to fill out the papers and he was telling me that my sponsor should fill out the sponsor form and that doesn't truth and when my sponsor fill it out and I was asking him for help and he told me I have to pay more 500$ for the sponsor form he did not even know how to fill it and he send my paper and now I have been waiting since last year with no social or work permit he is so bad I don't recommend him”
