Whomever Johnathan is in the intake department, should quit, or be fired. I called to inquiry about aid, I did receive a call back. when I got a call back from this individual he said that I was not eligible for aid and they would not take my case because of my income.. .I was really confused because I dont make alot of money so I wanted to know what that number or threshold was to make sure it wasn't a mistake.. he told me I need to look it up, I ask why would I look it up if Im talking to customer service... he then said hold why he looks..I said..oh so dont know the answer.. he said were not going to take your case at the end up the day..then told me I was wasting his time... he then went on to answer a question that I didn't ask. I said her.. I just wanted to know the number that you had to meet as far as income, if you dont know it.. just say you dont know it. He stated he didn't know.. the conversation was rude, and very aggressive and i dont appreciate how I was treated.
