When my divorce began and my husband took my son and told me I'd never see him again, I hired Krsna Tibbs and Laura to help me with this case. They were horrible!!!! I paid them up front the retainer. They only came to court with me once. That was to have the judge order my ex husband to bring our child back. After that, they stopped helping. They didn't answer my calls. I left messages. I went down there multiple times in person just to get turned away by the receptionist, telling me they were in a meeting or busy at the time and would contact me within 24-48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED. When I finally got in touch with Laura, she told me all my money was gone and used up. I asked how. She said she didn't know but the money was used up. I even sent them a letter by priority mail asking them to send me an itemized receipt for where my money went. They kept ignoring me. I had to fight for myself on this case (which caused me more stress and anxiety) until I was able to get enough money to hire another firm. I hired Bruce Prizant from Prizant law who was attentive, caring, responsive, and took care of everything needed. Tibbs law is pretty much a scam. I'm very dissatisfied and disgusted.

I TRUST this law firm 100%, and have used them many times over the years. They have several modes of communication and you can easily reach someone, or get a returned call in a timely manner. If you are in need of a great lawyer, you can’t go wrong with this guy. You will get the same honest and highly competent representation every time.

Attorney Tibbs is an amazing lawyer. His staff are extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgable. I owe my peace and happiness to him and his paralegal.
