I want to start by saying Mr. Simms is the best of the best. After calling numerous attorneys, none of which would take the time to see or even talk to me, Greg Simms took that time. We had several phone conversations before I could make an appointment to meet with him. I had explained to various lawyers that in 1988 I had been pardoned. They didn't want to hear me out due to a full pardon being a rare thing in the state of Kentucky. I run around a felon for 40 years without my pardon being acknowledged which got me in the trick bag numerous times. I hired Mr. Simms to get my records expunged so I could live my life a free man at the age of 56 and not worry about dying as a felon which stemmed from a mistake I made at the age of 18. Long story short, today, I am officially a free man because of the persistence and expertise of Mr. Simms. He doesn't realize what this means to me and my family and for that I will be forever greatful. Hire this man. You won't regret it.

Greg Simms is the best Louisville has to offer. He is well known in Louisville and surrounding areas for being one of, if not the, leading attorney when it comes to DUI/DWI cases. I was arrested for refusing to submit to a sobriety check at what I beleived to be an unconstitutional roadblock. Greg went to court for me on several occasions and eventually got the charges completely dismissed with prejudice, the best possible outcome. I didn't have to go to court, Greg handled everything and his expertise is clear judging by the results. Not only did Greg help save my current career but he ensured any future career decisions are not impacted by a tainted record. I couldn't be more grateful and couldn't recommend a better lawyer.

I am currently a service member and have been in the Army over 11 years. I have done many honorable things, but without Mr. Simms I might not still be in the Army today. In the beginning of 2016, I was charged with a DUI in Hardin County, KY (very strict because of a DUI case back in the day that ended up with many children on a school bus tragically dying). I immediately hired a lawyer in Hardin County, whom shall remain anonymous. After a week, all I did was tell him the pre-trial date and paid him 1,000$ to defend me and I ended up relieving him of his duties because I knew he wouldn't be the lawyer I needed. I heard about Mr. Simms through a lot of different lawyers who said he would be the man for the job. Upon contact with Mr. Simms, he listened to my story and consulted with me for about two hours and he did not ask for anything in return. The possible effects of a DUI would ruin my military career and could have sent me home packing. Mr. Simms filed a notion to a speedy trial and did everything in his power to expedite the case so I could be clear on the military side as well. It should be noted that every time I called Mr. Simms, he would either answer or send a text within minutes (even during off hours). The dedication to professional commitment to a client goes unmatched by any person I have ever met. In the end, the case was dismissed and we did not have to go before a jury and I only had to show up to court twice, which was convenient because I live in a different state (approximately 13 hours away). The traits that set Mr. Simms apart from ALL lawyers I have met (military and non-military) are as follows: -Truly dedicated to client -Confidence beyond reproach (earned confidence, not false confidence) -Traveled one hour from business to court to ensure I was taken care of, just to drive an hour back -Follows up regularly with client, always updated me on evolving situations at first notice -Expunged the whole incident from my record I honestly have nothing bad to say about Mr. Simms. Every sentence that he spoke sounded as if it had came out of a textbook. Never overstepped any boundaries and is the epitome of what a defense lawyer should be. One of my battle buddies told me that he was in need of a lawyer in California for a DUI from 2010 and I did not hesitate to call Mr. Simms. He networked to find the top lawyer within 100 miles of that area. Hopefully I never need another lawyer ever again, but if I do I know I will contact Gregg Simms.

Gregg Simms was an amazing lawyer! Not only was he affordable but he did exactly what he said he would do and did it in a timely manor! I would recommend him to anyone for anything and he will get you he beat outcome possible! He is not only a good lawyer but a very understanding guy and you can trust him 100 percent! The First time I ran into legal issues, Greg was highly recommended to me. Ever since that incident I've never needed another Lawyer, My second run in with legal issues, I gave Greg a call let him know what was up, and I was reassured that he would have things taken care of. My experience with attorney Simms was exceptional. As humbled and embarrassed as the situation was for me, Greg Simms made the situation easier to endure. He presented pertinent information and discussed options and possible scenarios. Greg is our Attorney when we need one. He is very professional. He is good with communication to his clients. If and when I ever need an attorney Greg is always the one I call. Especially if I just need advice. I have recommended him to several people and they have not been disappointed with his services.

Like the title says, I'll never need another lawyer again. Ideally because I'll stay out of trouble, but more realistically, because I'll never need a DIFFERENT lawyer. I hired Greg to represent me for a traffic violation in Louisville. I felt the charge was extreme and Greg set solid expectations before he represented me. Greg was able to get to argue to have the charge reduced to a "no-points violation". This was a great result, considering the circumstances I then received a letter saying it was a points violation (15 over). I contacted Greg, and he got it back on the docket that same day and had it rectified (the court reporter had marked it down incorrectly) that next day. He's incredibly responsive and will always be honest about what his and your expectation should be. I appreciate his work and would recommend him again.
