I cannot express how grateful I am for the knowledge, patience, professionalism, and execution of Greg Simms. After being miss represent by a different attorney, Mr. Simms was very upfront, honest and realistic about my legal situation. I was not just another court appearance for him, he took the time to get to know me, my family & explain things very thoroughly and in a way we could understand. We saw immediate results and I am beyond blessed he got the outcome for me in my legal situation that in my opinion no other attorney could have. 10 out of 5 stars if possible. Greg Simms is not only my law partner but also the most creative attorney in Kentucky. Speeding tickets (filed motion to hold speed limit signs unconstitutional), went all the way to the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Air B&B take criminal charges against you for "damage" (takes case to Jury trial, wins then sues air B&B) getting them to pay the wrongfully charged. DUI, (Greg is certified to teach police to do field sobriety tests). Watching him pick those tests apart in court is worth the price of admission. Greg doesn't charge extra for a Jury trial, that is included should you choose a trial; 100% of the time no ifs, ands, or buts. If my liberty was at stake, I would hire Greg Simms: no ifs, ands, or buts.

I paid Greg 95,000$ and he promised my husband and I everything and done absolutely nothing! And filed absolutely nothing! You can’t call and talk to him over the phone or leave a message i” if your not my mother I will not listen to it” is he voicemail! Don’t waste your money because my husband got 25 years and Greg got an easy .$95,000.00!!!! I won’t stop until I get a partial refund!! He appeared in court maybe 3 times

God forbid you’re ever in a situation where you have to go to court in Kentucky, Gregory Simms is the man to have on your side. He will come with the best possible outcome. Me and my family are very thankful for Greg and his service that he’s provided for us at our darkest hours.

Attorney Greg Simms, with Murphy & Associate, is the Real Deal when it come to defense practice. After meeting with 3 other lawyers, I found Mr. Simms to be the most charismatic, well-informed and confidence-inspiring. While his fee was not the cheapest, it was fair and all-inclusive--meaning there would be no additional charges if we had to go to trial. Other lawyers had an initial fee for pre-trial work and added fee for trial. Such set-ups can result in you feeling financial pressure to settle for an offer that might not be the best outcome. That said, Mr. Simms was indeed able to get all charges dismissed for me after several pre-trial appearances, shrewd legal filings and presenting a strong defense. I left it in his hands and put it out of my mind, except for the few trips to court. The outcome was better than I had even anticipated. As a non-practicing but knowledgeable lawyer, myself, I can wholeheartedly recommend Greg Simms for any of your legal defense needs.

I can't say enough about how phenomenal Greg has been representing me. When you are faced with a legal situation, you want someone who has a deep understanding of the law, takes the time to clearly explain the situation and options, and then doggedly pursue the best possible outcome. Greg does all of this and more. My case was complex and included an element that would be impacted by another unrelated case that was under appeal.
