Nick Mudd had represented me in three legal situations, has also referred and personally is handling a matter that is not criminal defense. I have referred him for years now, He also has experience working with special prosecutors in many cases. With the connections and determination of mr. Mudd a discovery violation caused a soon to be trial into a dismissed minimum 10 year sentence and 20 year max. During the process I felt overwhelmed and realized I was in good hands. Mr. Mudd handled my traffic violations and because of him the process ran smoother than I could have ever imagined. Mr. Mudd handled my grandson's traffic/accident violation case between a court date in Nov 2021 and a court date in Dec 2021. Was charged with trafficking marijuana over an ounce and possession of unregistered firearm , facing a felony conviction. They tried to put me in prison for five years bro. Mudd got a not guilty. Gun was sitt'in right there on the console. He told the jury the case was bogus. NOT GUILTY! AND I WAS FREED!
