Pros
1
Highly knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled lawyer who provides quality representation
“Ruth Wilkerson was very knowledgeable and helpful in a time that was scary and upsetting. She made sure we got a fair deal when it came to custody and we will always be grateful.”
2
Responsive, prompt, and accessible communication with the lawyer and staff
“From the very beginning, she was prompt and responsive—often replying to emails and calls immediately, which gave me such peace of mind throughout the process.”
3
Compassionate, understanding, and supportive approach during emotional and difficult legal matters
“What's more, Ruth's approach was not just about legal expertise—she was also kind, compassionate, and understanding during a very emotional time.”
4
Focuses on client's best interests and fights hard to achieve favorable outcomes
“She asked thoughtful questions that I never would have considered, ensuring that every loose end was tied up before finalizing anything.”
5
Flexible and tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each client
“She's smart and will take in all accounts for each person and case but at the same time is ready and has already prepared if things end up needing a more direct firm approach.”
Cons
1
Lack of empathy and care for client's situation, prioritizing financial interests over client's best interests
“In my opinion, never hire Ruth Wilkerson to represent you! If you care anything about your future, she is not the attorney you want. When a person is going through a traumatic situation, such as divorce, they need someone to ask the right questions and fight for their best interest in every way...including financially. She did not.”
2
Unresponsive and defensive communication when the client expresses dissatisfaction
“When he was informed that I was seeking other counsel, she withdrew and every time that I received any correspondence from her office it was mentioned how they were disappointed with my anonymous review. They were downright nasty about it - and that's putting it mildly.”
