Just to let you know Mr Bates is one of the most professional lawyers I've came across in a long time. He takes his business and his firm quite seriously and I like that as a customer or client. He is direct honest and he doesn't play any games that I also like. He will fight for you as long as you're willing to keep up the fight with your own side of whatever you're going through. It's not a one-sided deal it's actually both are interaction and within emails text message or one-on-one personal experience in the office. I would highly recommend Chris Bates for any of my future problems or incidents that come across in my life. All I can say is he did an excellent job with my case of handling everything right down to making a smile on this client's face. I could not ask for someone to be so thorough and yet so professional and everything that we had to go through with the certain case. You should be able to give a 10-star rating of Excellence. Because that was the services rendered to me. So I can only imagine what he might be able to help you with tell him that Barbara Ann sent you. I was very happy with the outcome more than what I exceeded it to be. If you want an attorney that's dedicated in his field let alone with customer service this would be the attorney for you he fights long and hard hours to make sure that you get what you deserve let alone with courtesy compassion and diligent work. His staff is so nice and sweet ready to handle anything for you if he is not there or if extra help is needed. I love a team that really comes together let alone a lawyer that stands to help the people. As simple as someone like me he has done everything in a professional and easy manner I couldn't be more happier let alone refer or ask to be able to retain him in the future for any other incidents that could occur. When you have someone that is that dedicated with his job and services you cannot ask for a better attorney or someone to stand beside you in court. I would not recommend Mr. Bates. He's a nice guy but not aggressive enough to be a lawyer. He does not have enough experience. Constantly asks for more money. Go with someone else.

I approached Mr.Bates today around 9:40 am June/20th 2014 regarding an issue on domestic violence. Great intelligent guy, had an answer and great advice e on everything I mentioned. Very trustworthy guy ,nice sence of humor but very professional really easy to get comfortable with. He had my case dissmissed ! I myself recomened

Mr. Bates is an excellent attorney. He understood perfectly the entire case and prepared extremely well. He was very responsive to our questions, and kept us informed, even being in contact on a Saturday. He went above and beyond the call of duty in that regard. He gave excellent advice throughout. The case was won.
