Hi I retained your office for my disability case I was approved for social security disability May 2024 and received a letter from your office and social security to receive back pay by 3 months which would be Aug 2024 to date I haven’t received my back pay have called social security office to be told my file is sitting on a desk waiting to be processed I don’t owe the state government any money or overpayment's. Why is government giving the run around ? Representatives are rude not concerning holding the funds ? Sullivan office you all received your fee in May 2024 I need help in finding out why I haven’t received the back pay. I have no food way to pay for my medications please help

Mr.Sullivan represented me for my appeal. That was in April of this year 2024 my approval letter was back by September of this year. I’d recommend him to anyone😋

Michael Sullivan has been very professional and helpful. I called him about a problem I was having and I put it on his chat on his website and he called me right after I sent it. He sent SSI a letter and got them to expedite my SSI court date. I just got my court date a couple days ago and I haven’t been to court with him but I have faith that he will come through and I will get my disability. He has done his job so far. And everyone I know that has him they got there disabilities. He’s business and he’s not going to waste his time on something he do t think he can win he’s all about doing his job and he’s serious. I highly recommend him.

It's often times very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I've left messages that were never returned. The attorneys seemed so friendly and helpful in the beginning, but now make me feel as if I'm a bother. My feelings/recommendations are mixed about this law office.
