Muy mala atención y mala actitud de la operadora, no deja explicar lo que uno necesita, dice expresiones desagradables por teléfono aún sabiendo que el cliente està escuchando, no se centra en el cliente lo cual es fundamental cuando se trabaja con público. Realmente no sè como es el trabajo de los abogados pero su operadora que es la primera imagen del buffete de abogados me trato pésimo. Very bad service and bad attitude from the operator, she does not allow you to explain what you need, she says unpleasant expressions on the phone even knowing that the client is listening, she does not focus on the client which is essential when working with the public. I really don't know what lawyers' work is like, but their operator, who is the first image of the law firm, treated me terribly.

I had a great experience with Rusty and his team. I had a very difficult immigration case and Rusty was there every step of the way and answered all my questions. After my experience with a couple immigration lawyers I can say that Rusty and his team were by far the best! I truly appreciate everything! Thank you, Ahmed

Yes I'm going to put this out here my mother had already had Arrangements but was trying to save her house she came to you and all you did was make her lose it she already had payment arrangements set up with these creditors due to her health and a flood that took a lot of a home with water damage let alone having our property taken away and putting her in further debt that's what came out of using your services you blew smoke up my mom's face and did not help her all you were worried about was getting money. So don't think that this company is so great. For I am Barbara and Reese Junior and I don't care what you might think but it's the truth this company and the top lady did not help my mom but made her lose our home we have no home to go back to for now it's a part of nature sanctuary they demolished my mom our home that we grew up in. So shame shame on your company shame shame that you did not defend my mom in court or listen to her that she had already made arrangements you were supposed to help her for us to keep our home no we were left homeless so think twice before using this company I would never use you and I will always keep telling people what you did to our family and to my mother you took her dream Place away from her it wasn't much we were poor we came for poor people and families that struggled all their life but we had one thing that we could call home to me and my sisters and their kids and my mom and daddy my daddy died because he lost the home that he was supposed to stay in Forever that was y'all's promise Shame Shame on your company. And shame shame on you because you are supposed to be the top of the top ma'am all you did was lose everything for us my mom worked with you and all you did was left her with unanswered questions and homeless
