As the client, who was recovering from previous neck surgery about 3 months before the accident, Mr. Powell helped me to be able to do everything I needed to do electronically and did not have to drive around town to sign forms. He did ALL of the “dirty” work, and I didn’t have to do anything, including taking care of my hospital/EMS bills that insurance paid. I was kept informed about everything going on, and he answered all questions I had throughout the whole process.
