When I was rear ended I really did not want to get a lawyer involved. However, I was given the runaround for a month and was given no other choice. I made one phone call to Nolia, explained the situation, and she took action. The very next day I got a call from the insurance adjuster!! The insurance company said they had expedited their investigation, and had found the person who hit me at fault. Without Nolia intervening, I don’t know that I would have ever been able to get this situation resolved. I highly recommend this firm!

Many of us are eager to avoid conflict especially in areas where we are inexperienced. Nolia’s law firm, BATEY BROPHY & ODEA, is not one with marble hallways and first class art on the walls. You won’t see them advertising on billboards how they are “the CLAW” who has earned billions. With them, in addition to effective representation, you’ll get respect and understanding, the kind of attention you’d expect from family.
