Disorganized closing process and poor communication
“Not only was the closing experience completely disorganized, notary failure on multiple occasions, funding miscommunication, etc., but my primary contact was unbelievably rude. She was impossible to get ahold of, rude when we finally got ahold of her, terrible email communication, did not answer my questions on multiple occasions, did not keep me up to speed on the closing process, and much more.”
