After a heart attack, a bout of flu and a fall it became apparent that my Mom and Dad could no longer take care of themselves. After reviewing their finances my brothers, sister and I knew that home care would not be possible. We did a lot of research and running around at assisted living facilities and again we did not find that possible. We scheduled a meeting with John Dotson with KY ElderLaw and in a short amount of time, he showed us how my parents could afford assisted living and retain their savings. John was so caring and attentive to our situation. He made us feel comfortable and cared for. He solved our problem and we will be forever grateful for him and KY ElderLaw. My only regret is that my parents did not contact him before we had to. If my parents had been proactive about their situation, John could have helped them more and given the whole family better peace of mind. Thank you John and KY ElderLaw!

Attention to detail and exceptional service.

Don't waste your time or money with this group. Hire a real attorney and make any agreement binding. They did not keep information confidential, very condescending in their attitude, their process is not really a mediation but a "canned" off the shelf solution, and in the end there is nothing legally binding.
