They explained everything in detail so I could understand and was very kind. Moved fast and swiftly to get me to closing. Highly recommend.

They talked a big game about how they have double and triple checked everything at time of closing. Got rushed through signing with repeated assurances "don't worry everything is good and in place" (narrator: it wasn't). Turns out they failed to ensure sellers had provided a contractually obligated home warranty, and then we had multiple issues arise we cannot file or appeal claims on because said warranty company says the issues arose before the policy was taken out (which sellers did a month later when the issues began to come up). Anyway, buying a house is something most of us do only a couple times in our lives and we pay companies like Limestone to ensure that all the messy details get ironed out by experts, and they failed in that capacity and left us pants down in our new home unprotected by a home warranty that should have been in place on the date of sale. Yes, we did sign everything they put in front of us but that's why we pay them and that's part of that trust aspect . . . and they have lost ours. While there might be blame to go around to various parties we were paying Limestone to ensure the contract of sale was upheld and they did not do that. While everyone we worked with at the company was very nice and cordial they failed in the singular capacity we hired them for. Find a title company that backs up their work with legitimate, precise action and not empty platitudes of grandeur.
