Occasional communication and organizational issues
“I would absolutely never recommend Borders and Borders to anyone. Not only was the closing experience completely disorganized, notary failure on multiple occasions, funding miscommunication, etc., but my primary contact was unbelievably rude.”

“Passive closing team, impossible to get callbacks to voicemails or responses to emails, staff reportedly did not mesh well with entities on either side of the deal. Felt like the pre-close and closing admin staff were not interested in doing their jobs.”
