John is an excellent attorney and I've referred him many cases over the years for that reason. I've never heard negative feedback from a client of his and I know his staff to be compassionate and helpful. They were there when I needed them and John has been there for all the people I've sent his way. It's not always about money. With John I know it's about the principle of making things right or getting as close as possible. I highly recommend Mr. Byrnes and not because he's a friend; he's just simply who you need should you find yourself injured and needing help.

I have nothing but praise for John Byrnes and Jeff Sexton. I lost my my husband who was an expert swimmer to Shallow water blackout and the insurance company denied accidental portion of the claim. These men communicated with me regularly, gave me their personal phone number, encouraged me to ask questions, followed up, never missed a deadline and made me feel important. Although we never met, (they are in KY and me in FL) it never hindered our relationship or the case. These men are trustworthy, morally upright and care not only about the case and me as a client but also as a person. If I could add a hundred stars to this review I would. Don't give it a second thought, if you need an attorney, look know more. I promise you wont be disappointed.

John went in to get a case continued for me and ended up getting it dismissed completely. He is always available when I need him and willing to go above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.
