Definitely recommended. The process was so so simple. I barely needed to do anything, so less of a headache for me (which was especially great because a car accident is always a MAJOR headache). Being young, they explained everything great and helped reach a settlement that made me more than happy. Super great people to deal with all around!

A few years ago, I had a wreck because someone pulled out in front of me. I was hurt pretty bad. It turned out I had a broken neck and a broken knee cap. I called Marshal Kaufman because I needed someone to handle my case while I was hurt. Marshal was fantastic. He came to see me even though I was staying over and a half away from Louisville. He took my case and recovered all the money I was owed, as well as handled all of my medical bills for me. He made a very bad situation just a little bit better! Jimmy Kaufman was very helpful and communicative through my inopportune ordeal. My vehicle was totaled and I required a hospital visit and several follow up doctor visits. All of which, he was able to get covered (plus some) by the at-fault driver's insurance company, who originally offered me only $200. Had the unfortunate need for a person injury attorney after my car accident. My car was hit while I was driving to a post surgery meeting with my doctor. Just my luck right... Matt was able to meet with me quickly and get the process started. He was great!
