We had an exceptional experience at Holbrook & Holbrook while closing our first home. Cynthia (our closer) was fenomenal, knowledgeable and patient. Don’t have enough words to describe how valuable she was in this endeavor. (She needs a raise lol) 10 out of 10 would recommend. I was astonished on how easy the process was completed. Holbrook & Holbrook has an amazing staff. They were quick with Title Orders. I got weekly updates on title side of the transactions, and they have a person who is responsible for all of my closings with them. The staff is personable and their number 1 goal is to provide excellent customer service and to get the loan closed. Additionally, they have small details to provide a good closing experience that most other title companies skimp out on. 10/10 recommend!
