Supposed to be open at 8:00 but still locked well after 8:00. Knocked on the door and the employee who was clearly late was rude and acted like I was a jerk for thinking the store would be open on time.

Kara made the cutest 1st Birthday party invitations and birthday banner for my sons birthday. I was last minute ordering but she turned them around quickly and they were more amazing than I thought they would be. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

Was at store today and was greeted by both workers at the counter with a very friendly welcome, asking me how they could help me. Store manager, Kara came over and assisted me in making some copies and helping me to get some paperwork together for my lawyer. I am a disabled veteran and she was able to help coordinate all my different forms and get them in order without making me feel like I was any bother at all. I have used this store numerous times in the past, and I would recommend it to everyone who needs their services. They are very quick and professional and can handle all your needs. Its glad to see there is somewhere where customer service still exists. GREAT JOB!!!!

Have had a mailbox at this store for 12+ years. My mail is always safe and they're very professional. They do tons of different things at this store from copying to fingerprints to business cards as well. I've never had a bad experience at this store. All the associates are friendly, even during Christmas season. Sometimes people have unrealistic expectations about how quickly things should go so I always try to be patient. That's tough for some people. Thanks again for the superior service all these years.

Great print shop! The only one I trust in Louisville to do my print work! Always nice, friendly and willing to assist anyway they can!

The lady at the front desk was very rude with the customer she was on the phone with while I waited. When she took care of my shipping order she was still rude and snobby. I had been into the same store earlier in the month for fax service and the same girl had an attitude but I chalked it up to her having a bad day, but after getting the same attitude on a different day, I'll stick with the post office or Fed ex.

I have used this store for my shipping and business needs since 2003 and the owner and her team have consistently delivered or exceeded my expectations. The pricing may be higher than what you expect (similar to other stores of the like) but the service is worth every penny.
