Karl is a great lawyer with a great team!

From the start, Mary Hudson-Casey at Karl Truman has been a dream in assisting with our families case. Recovery has gone much smoother not having to worry about my communication, so I can focus on my physical therapy and recovery.

The Karl Truman Law Office has always worked very hard on any legal matter that I brought to their office that was in their practice area. James King is absolutely a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding VA claims as well as the laws relating to Veterans Benefits. He is very professional and is a straight shooter when it comes to your particular case. He is a Veteran as well and has a real understanding of the process as well as the obstacles Veterans face when applying for their benefits. Teresa is usually the first person I come in contact with if I am walking into the office and she always makes clients feel at home. Always cheerful and very happy to see you. Meranda is very professional and determined with the ability to answer questions about processes and procedures. She is very communicative and responds in a very timely manner as some things have deadlines. It really takes the stress and anxiety out of the process. Last but certainly not least, the man himself, Karl Truman. As I am frequently embedded in a community and inner circle of great people who want to help others , I would be hard pressed to name someone more dedicated to helping others than Karl. Whether its law, needs in the Veteran community, or needs in the community at large he is always so willing to give back. Karl has not only personally assisted me on multiple occasions, but I have witnessed him assist so many through answering questions and offering advice or referring people to other Attorney’s and / or organizations with different practice areas. I can say this with certainty, Karl truly cares about his clients and whether your represented by Karl or another attorney at the firm, you’re still his client. The law is the law but it is hard to find an Attorney who is just as passionate about your case as you are. Lastly, I would be remiss to not mention his wonderful bride and Director of Marketing Jeanine Truman. Jeanine is not only phenomenal at her role within the firm, but she is an even better person. Jeanine has done an amazing job at making sure the Karl Truman Law Office is a household name and a brand leader in this region. Working with Thompson legal was a good experience. Robert was professional and gave me realistic expectations of what outcomes I could expect. It took quite awhile to settle my case,but Robert would respond promptly, to email's phone calls and text. I was happy with the settlement I received from the car accident. I'm sure he had bigger cases than mine, but I would've never known by the great service his firm provided. I highly recommend Robert and his firm if you looking for an honest attorney that will get you a realistic fair outcome. I rarely provide reviews but his firm deserves 5 stars.
