Honestly, I am not sure where to start writing my review about Karl Truman Law Office. Working with the KTLO brought me so much peace of mind for all the given care and most importantly listening to my concerns of the accident I had back in January 2023. They are so detailed oriented and work in an unmatched professional manner surpassing other Law firms when I was looking for a lawyer to represent me. It was so easy dealing with them. Everything was so organized and clear from day one. There transparency with their client is what differentiate them from the others. I honestly had the great privilege working with Mrs. Mary H. who has been nothing but supportive by her continuous follow ups with me of my medical treatment and who truly had straight forward answers to all of my concerns adding Ms. Jessica whom also been very attentive and direct from day one of the steps yet to be taken. Mr Trueman is truly blessed to such a team as he does.any questions that we had were answered immediately, any time we called always spoke to a person there were only 1 or 2 times got answering machine. But we where called right back with in a couple minutes. One of the best things about Mr Truman’s team is truly care about you as a person and whst u are going true. Ms Mary use to message me at least once a week just to check on us she truly is a light. Those messages got us thru so difficult times. And it was nice to know any time we just wanted to vent. She was there and listened. They really do care they are the best. I will never use any other attorney if we are ever I need again. So I promise anyone needing council Truman law is the best. I called the other day to ask about hiring Karl Truman for my workers compensation claim after my lawyer left the practice. The intake person Michael who was gathering my information seemed very dismissive and didn’t want to help. He focused on the negatives of switching lawyers, and I decided to hang up mid conversation as he left me with the feeling that they do not want to help. Chose another firm for my claim. For as much as people say count on the colonel.. I think it is best not to as they don’t even want to help or hear you out.

Robert was responsive and thorough while working together. He advocated for my best interest and goals while being realistic. I would hire him again, if needed.

This firm put us back a month behind in search of an attorney. We called them to ask for possible representation, we gave them all the details of the case, then they scheduled us for a consult with the attorney after a month because that's what the attorney's schedule allowed. A month later, the first thing the attorney said after reading the details is that he can't represent us because the case involves the federal government. Like you couldn't say that earlier when we first called? Didn't your assistant brief you whenever you get a call about potential representation? What a lazy firm. You wasted a month of time because of your laziness. You could have read the notes and decided then and there that you cant represent. Just wow
