I was sent to Karl Truman by a former attorney I had who no longer handled a practice in the type of law I needed. So Mark Webster(retired now) took on my case along with Evan Jones against a workers compensation company. They fought hard for me and the outcome was ruled in my favor by the ALJ in the medical fee dispute. This office was in contact with the doctors and got things done for me as quickly as possible, and even after the ruling in my favor, the insurance company was not wanting to take care of my problem due to some missed information, Evan Jones went back to bat for me to get it worked out and even called me a couple weeks later to just follow up to make sure it was followed through on and I got the treatment from doctor. I would diffidently use them again if needed, thanks Karl Truman offices

When I contacted the Karl Truman office I really was impressed that Mr. Truman took the time out to call my phone and leave me a message. I took the time to go the initial evaluation of my case in his Louisville, KY office. They told me that they would be representing me in a auto injury claim. But, no later than 2 weeks I received a letter from their office stating that they would not be taking my claim, but they forwarded all my information to another law firm. This is were I found out about how true it is when people say that these law firms only will fight for you if you have a big case. The Truman office passed my case over to an Attorney without even getting my permission. When I found out who it was, I immediately googled the name of the attorney. To my surprise the attorney that Mr. Truman gave my case to is a firm that just recently started doing business, and really has not even established themselves. Believe me these law firms that send out these television commercials claiming no case is to small, is right out untrue. Yes, my case is small, but it should be no different than a million dollar case. Unfortunately I had to pursue the claim by myself. If you don't have a big pay out on your case, these attorneys will leave you to the wolves. That's alright though, I believe that God will always make a way.

Called today. Very kind lady with the vet dept, got me going, explaining the process, it was clear she understood what I was trying to convay. Confirmed all the details before I hung up. She was skilled at this, her questions limited my babbling, and got to the meat. And she laughed, and was funny. I was amazed. She does not confuse effort, with results. Great start, went to the DAV, and respectfully I'd rather not again. I waited 1.5 hours to see a rep. Signed in waiting, at 15:00 he left, never said a thing. A lady in the volunteer area said, he just left. I said he didn't even look at me let alone the lady waiting next to me. She shook her head walked off, and didn't say a thing.

I had a freaking nightmare of lawyer before these people, Wendy has been absolutely incredible. I was fired after a accident I was a passenger in and became homeless almost lost my car and I fired my old lawyer (Hugh’s and Coleman) hired Karl Truman had a loan and my pip check within a month of hiring them and had not even received a “I’m sorry” from Hughes and Coleman after 2 months. I highly recommend this business because they actually care about you loosing your life when something isn’t your fault and will do everything to prevent it. I will recommend these people to anybody. I also was not paid to say this.
