I am a single father of two young boys that were being used by their mother to file a false protection order against me so the mother could manipulate the court system into granting her temporary custody. I have been the parent the parent there for my children for 3 years with very little to no visitation from their mother as well as practically no financial contribution to assist in raising them. Tobin was able point me in the correct direction for me to proceed using the correct legal pathways in which to return my family safely and legally. My divorce took 2 1/2 years to complete, partly due to her delays and illnesses. Also some of the financial divisions are still not completed ...3 1/2 years after the divorce decree! She is unorganized and unskilled in many areas and I feel I made a mistake hiring her because she didn't fulfill her promises to me. She also cost me 3 times more than I initially expected, mostly because of the delays and constant hearings, some of which I feel were a waste of time and money. She seemed good intentioned, but I think her lack of experience hindered her in arguments.
