Jim is a awesome person as well as a excellent attorney. When I first called him he was in Costa Rica on vacation. Surprised he answered. But he did. I really did not think I had a case because the person that hit me had no insurance. He explained to me about Kentucky being a no-fault state. Anyhow about a week later we meet. We sat down at my house. I gave him the information he needed to get started and he ran with it. I did from time to time have to provide some info or sign something. But it was minimal. He took care of most everything. I'm pleased with his handling of the case. Also I was very pleased with the results. God Bless.

Michelle has been an absolute godsend for our family. She met my family during one of the hardest times of our lives and went above and beyond for us in such a compassionate way. She advised on what kinds of trusts and will might be a good fit, and even advised on rehab facilities. She truly got to know us and our father. When he passed, she was our guiding light on how to navigate the situation. She is a complete expert and went to bat for us in multiple ways. After having a horrible attorney work on my husband’s wreck, I decided to do some research when hiring an attorney for my auto accident. The reviews hold true! Mr. Desmond is efficient and great with communication. He handled everything for me so no added worries on my end as I continue to heal from my injuries, and he settled for the max! I would highly recommend him, and while I hope to not be involved in any more accidents, if I am, I’m going straight back to him!

Mike Burns is incredible!! I reached out to a few different lawyers who when I spoke to they didn’t really seem interested in helping me to the full extent and once Mike Burns reached out I felt immediately this was who I wanted to represent me. He answered all my questions I never felt rushed and he was able to give me the BEST possible outcome for my speeding ticket. I got hit with a few charges and everyone else was making it seem like I had no choice but to plead guilty go to traffic school and had no other options for me to look at. After my car wreck, I called Jim, and we met up the next day. I had no clue how to go about the medical bills and dealing with insurance companies. He helped me through all of it and took charge of everything. He explained everything very well so I knew what he was doing.
