Jennifer Frederick is absolutely amazing! She is educated, experienced, and has my absolute confidence through any situation that I bring to her. I have been a client of hers for many years now, and will follow her until the end of her attorney road!
Thanks for everything you have done and continue to do, Jennifer.

When it was time for me and ny partner to make official our separation, it was stressful for us because I had move out of state and we didnt know how to go about it. Thanks to Wise & Associates for answering always the phone, replying to our many questions and explaining the process in details. We started the process on December and today, March 22 we are completely divorced, no delays or issues whatsoever. I’m glad we found this firm. Thank you Chris & Madison, you guys were great, God bless✨

In my 4 months of having them on my case, 2 attorneys quit the firm (one from the Louisville office and one from the Indianapolis office) leaving me unrepresented for my case. I paid $3,000 to be told I would need to find someone else to represent me. This firm wouldn’t have left me in a worse situation. Very disappointing.

Agree with Kaleb Lawton’s experience & will surely suffer verbal abuse from Chris Wise for leaving a negative review of his law firm.
WARNING: Never use a flat fee based attorney for a family law matter. This is a gimmick. Also know that Wise has paid to have his firm show up first in google searches for “top rated or best family lawyer”. The issue with flat fee is that you will be without legal representation once they feel they’ve fulfilled the limited contractual obligations unless you immediately sign the next contract & pay yet another large sum usually in the $2500-$3000 range. If your issue cannot be resolved in mediation, which can be caused by any # of reasons, & it is set for a court hearing the other party can, & will, file a motion & you likely will not be aware of it as Wise will not send this information to you because you didn’t immediately sign the next contract or more importantly paid more $$$. You’re better off doing a lot of research before choosing an attorney & paying a retainer one time knowing more bills will be coming. The only ones who win in family law are the attorneys. They will gouge you whether you’re paying a flat fee or by the hour but they are unfortunately a necessary evil sometimes. It is difficult to find a really good family lawyer.

Wise & Associates did a really great job of taking care of what I needed. Jorden helped to get the process going and kept me informed on everything along the way. That made it rather easy and way less stressful. I was really impressed with how quickly the whole thing went. So a big thank you to Jorden and Wise & Associates for everything they did.

Christopher Wise…and now his team. Where do I begin? This man is exactly what his name is. WISE. He is knowledgeable, humble, and passionate. No matter how many questions I had, how many times I asked the same questions, he gave the correct answers. He broke down the whole process in a way that I could understand. He will make you feel like you are in the hands of an emperor and that everything is handled. He is humble in that he is confident enough to know that the process will go accordingly. His confidence comes off so strong that you might feel he is too calm for the situation. Passionate isn’t a strong enough word to describe this man’s love for what he does. He is so passionate and believes so strongly in what he does that you almost want to change your career field to work for him. If you have a problem in life that you need help with that falls under his umbrella of work, trust him 100% and you will not regret it. Thank you again Wise and Associates for everything you have done to make everything happen smoothly. Much gratitude towards Christopher for beginning the process, walking me through everything. You did an amazing job Lauren with closing up the case. You eased my mind in that I was in good hands. Thank you for those who read this all the way through. What are you waiting for?!? Give this team a call and put your trust in them!! You won’t regret it!

10/2/23: Paid $3000 for nothing. The attorney wasn't even present in the courtroom. And I didn't feel like they truly fought for my case. I felt like they could have put an effort in but they didn't.
Edit:
I am leaving the first comment for reference. For clarification, I wrote the first review right after leaving the courtroom.
10/4/23: I still feel as though my case wasn't a priority and that my case wasn't truly "fought for" in court, at least not passionately. My attorney wasn't physically present in the courtroom, but she was there via phone call. So yes she was there, I was meaning she wasn't there in person. I guess she was sick, I'm not sure, no one ever told me that. All I know is I was present in the courtroom and it just wasn't a good feeling, I didn't know she was there via phone call until our case got called and I heard her voice on the call. Up until that point I thought I was going to have to present everything to the judge myself.
As far as someone fighting for my case, it just felt too passive when she was speaking to the judge. So yes I do still feel as though I paid $3000 for nothing. I could have filed a motion pro se and put forth the effort into presenting my case. When I reached out to the law office I was in a time of desperation, fighting for the safety and well being of my kids. I wanted someone to fight for me and I didn't feel that happened here. This review isn't about the results of the courts decision, what I am leaving this review for is what I feel was a lack of passion in handling my case.
