Scott Abell has handled several matters for multiple members of our family. Scott has always been very professional and diligent in taking his time to explain everything to us. He has always followed up with us even before we had to ask. Working with Scott made us feel like we actually had a friend and not just an attorney. He really goes above and beyond. Scott Abell was absolutely rude and highly unprofessional in my recent dealings with him. He repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me finish answering his questions, then shouted that I’d “changed answers” when he never let me finish a sentence. This was quite a personality change from when he made our wills earlier this year. He told me at least three times he did not need to hear all my words, that his time was valuable and he can’t “be listening to people all day.” So while he can write a will, for heaven’s sakes when someone dies, don’t bother calling to ask him questions. I truly felt like I was talking to a child. It was ridiculous.
