I’m so thankful for this lady. She’s great at her job. She fought so hard for me and my daughter!

I hired Bethanni Forbush-Moss in March 2023 to handle my custody case. I was in a desperate situation because my the abuse that has been going on with my special needs son. The initial consultation went very well and I thought that my son was going to get the justice that he deserves because the attorney before her acted like he was working for the opposing side. Like I said things started off well but then Bethanni started ignoring emails regarding what are the next steps in my case. I decided to fire Bethanni in July 2023 and I request an itemized statement and any funds returned to me that were unused. I was originally told that I would receive a statement at the end of the month but I never got the itemized statement. I sent several emails and I even came to her office. Her assistant said that she was in court so I left a message. I did not get a response! I even left voicemails on the office phone and still got no response! I am now taking the proper steps to get what I need! I would think twice about hiring Bethanni Forbush-Moss!!

My wife hired Bethany for a custody case almost 3 months ago we paid her in full and she never did anything she said she was going to do. She would never call us back or even responded to are emails. We had to hire another lawyer and that's when we found out she never even filed a petition. So she basically took are money and ran I highly recommend nobody hire Bethany!!!!!!!!

WARNING: Proceed with Caution! My brother passed away and Bethani took our case. The initial consultation was amazing. However after we paid thousands of dollars and after a few email exchanges, the woman vanished! I called numerous times, went by the office numerous times. If you encounter this with her, do NOT feel helpless, please file a complaint with the KY Bar Association and KEEP ALL PROOF. I made the call and the next day she sent “part” of my money back, she must’ve been tipped off that I was going to file a complaint. Although I did not proceed with filing against her, I decided to write a review to warn ppl instead. I can only speak from my personal experience with this woman and it was awful. If you want more professional services go to Triplett & Carothers. Hopefully I’ve saved you a headache. I could not believe that she would take advantage of my family during the most awful time, but she definitely did. Read ALL bad reviews, because I think she’s done this to someone else on Google reviews as well. I wish I had read the reviews, before giving her money up front. Shame on her.

Ohhhh my goodness, at first I honestly thought Ms.Bethany had a personal vendetta against me and was doing whatever in her power to bring me down, I wasn’t accountable or seeing things for what they really were , I am not able to go into detail about my case I will however publicly admit that Ms.Forbush-Moss didn’t have anything personal against me from the very beginning she was totally about the kids their well being and safety and she wasn’t here to play about the babies. She seen through b.s and did all in her power to make sure I was well enough to properly parent. If you want someone who will just go with the flow and won’t work truly and through for your kids go to someone else. She isn’t going to play about the kids, she is tough as a nail but I promise she is fair and means well. I can’t discuss details of my case but I swear it wasn’t light it was layered and quite messy, It took for me to first get over myself and come to grips that I wasn’t the victim I had to own up to my shortcomings and realize that if this lady was truly against me so many orders wouldn’t had been pushed. She is totally and solely about the kids. She may rub you wrong and confuse you but if you come correct and do as you are court ordered eventually everything will work out 💪🏾 I highly recommend her as a family attorney guardian ad litem and possibly friend of court . It was a long tuff road at times I didn’t understand why she put things in place, it not only helped in so many ways, it kept me on my toes and added motivation to move correctly, thank you so much Ms.Forbush-Moss I didn’t understand what you were doing at first, when I finally did I wanted to get things settled before I made this review I didn’t want to come off as attempting to manipulate by kissing up knowing that would have only added fuel to the fire and you wouldn’t have went for that I pray you are forever blessed and favored. Don’t you ever change how you approach looking out for kids everyone may not agree and to that “Oh well” your heart is in the right place you keep moving watching over speaking up and being the voice for our most vulnerable “ these babies “ we need more tough nails like you in place making sure every child has a chance 🫶🏾
