I hired this firm because of the positive rates I had read and now I wish I hadn't. A company truck crossed the lines and destroyed my car. Since I hired this firm, the attorney assigned to me either doesn't answer me unless I send multiple emails or he basically gives me the run around. He told me once he hadn't proceeded because he wanted to know what I thought he should do. I was stunned! Last I checked, I don't have a law degree! That's why I hired him!! Another time he told me he wasn't contacting the hospital that overcharged me or the insurance company because he "just gets mad at them". That is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard. Maybe he needs a different job. Needless to say, my case STILL has not been settled and the explanations are beyond weak. I wish I could rewind and hire someone who actually stood by what Isaacs and Isaacs boasts. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!

Great people. The initial visit from the investigator

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. The staff was very responsive with my calls and concerns. The process was very easy, they took care of everything! If I'm ever in need of these type of services again there is no one else I'd use!

Wouldn’t take my case But was friendly

I was in an accident a little over a year ago that wasn't my fault. Thinking that i needed a lawyer because of my outstanding hospital bills I thought these guys could help me. Needless to say they hadn't really done anything but drag on the case, I was always in the Dark never knew how things was being handled or what moves was being made or what conversations was made on my behalf. After having them hired for over a year on my case they didn't seem to accomplish anything or even try I'd often spend months on end before actually hearing from anyone. I honestly don't think they thought they was going to make much money off my case so they just pushed it aside they don't seem to want to really help their clients.

They are very thorough and thoughtful. I recommend using them.
