Called Issacs & Issacs after the other drivers insurance company decided they didn’t want to cooperate. Issacs & Issacs took care of everything. They were very responsive and friendly.

Isaac and Isaac was great! They were always helpful, always available to talk to and answered all my questions.

I had a great experience with them. They were very professional and anytime I had a question they was always ready and able to help and was always able to answer my questions. They also always followed up and checked on me to make sure I was ok and how my doctor appointments and physical therapy was going. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a car wreck and injuries that occurred from it!

I hate to say it but if there were an option for 0 stars I would have selected it. I truly 100% regret going with this company and not anyone else in the entire auto accident community. In the early stages everything seemed to work. It made sense. They were communicating. We would talk about how this was a dream come true case and we were looking at a rather large settlement. Six figures were brought up many times. My attorney was extremely convincing. Slowly the communication stopped. I would find myself reaching out and only getting email responses. Seven months later we received a note from the doctor who did the work on me and it was not written to my attorney's liking. A month letter we ended up making offers. The initial offer was 10%, yes 10% of the amount we had discussed. I was told to automatically decline in which I did. We went back and forth for awhile. The numbers were not getting there. My attorney then recommend after nine months we seek a second opinion from an IME (Independent Medical Examiner). I then find out that he is FOUR months out from appointments which was entirely too long. This is something we obviously should have done immediately and yet it was never an option. My attorney clearly gave up at this point. I told him to counter for 40% of the amount we had discussed and they came back with 20% of it. I told him to just get it over with and counter for 30% in which my own attorney replied, "They will not come that high and I doubt they will move from 20%." I then told him to do 25% and they INSTANTLY accepted. It is obvious that my attorney cost me a lot of money in the beginning and even cost me money at the end. He was done with my case and it clearly showed. The lack of care and empathy of the process was obvious. I am devastated that we ended up with a tiny amount of money that was nowhere near fair. They also held back money for my escrow account in which I was assured you will get a chunk of this back. I guess by chunk they meant just under $50 bucks. You heard me right. Please consider this review as a testament that this company is too large to care. You are just a number in their pool. Find a company that will fight for what is fair and your well being because it clearly will not come from here. I truly made a HUGE mistake and my family is probably more behind now than before my accident.

my experience with Isaacs & Isaacs was awesome, they are very professional & helpful. I can’t imagine how many clients they have but they manage to check on you & keep you updated with information in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend this company over anyone else
