Rowan county public defender Ruby Sweeney does not do her job. Never once had she spoken or tried to help her clients. Being paid good county money for nothing. The judge and probation officer is. Running. My daughter's case .

The public attorneys seem to be really helpful. I was not impressed with the office person I talked with. She treated me like I was foolish and worthless. I was just getting information for my son. Impressed with Mr. Cox...Nice guy.
