They know their clients are living through some tough days and do what they can to translate the complexities of the legal system into understandable language and they do a great job of setting reasonable expectations about the process. I was also impressed with how they were able to collaborate with opposing counsel, saving so much time, money, and stress for both parties. 10/10 recommend.

Relative to how wonderfully proactive, responsive and effective my new council has been, I would recommend finding any other law office. My time with this firm was wrought with miscommunication, incompetence, inability to communicate, and great rudeness to top it off. My case stagnated at the hands of my former council, souring and jeopardizing the state and its very nature. Fortunately, I was relinquished by this firm, and acquired new, more proficient and honest council. My new council has done things for me that I was told I probably would never get by this office. I’d go anywhere else.

I was reffered to Chris by 2 mutual clients. I texted Chris as I did not want to bother yet he called me immediately which is a huge deal to me. Especially 15 minutes before close and he stayed on the phone with me well passed his office hours. I am in the very early stages but he was so informative, so real, you could hear true care and comcern for my family through the phone. I'v never had a first call to a Lawyer like that. Emily Robbins was the absolute best person I could have had by my side through the emotionally draining and difficult process of family court. She was always available, prepared, and knowledgeable. She knew what I needed to do and helped guide me to the best possible outcome for my child, which was the only thing I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I never felt like I was in this alone.

We got Chris' contact information from a friend, and he was incredibly helpful. Though our question related to an issue in Ohio, Chris listened attentively and provided a reference to an Ohio licensed attorney who has been very good. So, even though we didn't work directly with Chris, we'd definitely recommend him as someone who genuinely cares and adds a human element.
