Hired Spencer Merk for my injury case. First of all he told me that there’s no sense in going after the police for my accident when they were the ones that didn’t make the decision or even asked me if I needed an ambulance first of all. I had a huge complications with my child and I will forever be broken for what happened to me. Since it’s already bad enough and my pain and suffering is nothing compared to the amount of pain I feel in my heart. And what I’m going to live with for the rest of my life. Spencer was out of town Eric told me that he would do everything in his power to give me that check as soon as possible. I was expecting to get my check Friday and found out last moment that Eric left the state if that was the case I don’t understand why he wouldn’t of told my family that instead of making us all think that you’re going to be here Friday to look for that check. I can honestly tell you that these people didn’t care anything about me both attorneys and I definitely didn’t get what I deserve compensation wise due to not wanting to investigate why I wasn’t asked for a ambulance and other things in my case . I would avoid This place.

Spencer represented me after I was injured in a head-on collision. He was super easy to reach and was available whenever I had a question during the whole process, even when it was after hours. I had never used an attorney prior to this accident, and I was honestly surprised at how easy the whole process was from start to finish. I really didn't have to do anything except sign a few things. Spencer took care of everything else, and within a couple of weeks of finishing treatment he called me to say that he had gotten the other driver's insurance company to pay all the medical bills, and I got a nice compensation check on top of that! Spencer will definitely be the guy I call if I ever need representation again. Thanks!!
