I have had the opportunity to work with Rene Heinrich for the past few years ands she has proven to be a weatlth of knowledge regarding child custody in the State of Kentucky. Not only does she give sound advice, she has worked diligently to keep me well informed during and after business hours. During the stages of my case, Rene understood that I was financially limited and worked with me on this. Rene Heinrich has been invaluable to me as an attorney. She has always been honest about what she believes is the best course of action and is very knowledgeable about the law. She makes intelligent and sound recommendations. She went above and beyond and even helped to establish a precedent in my custody case that will benefit many others. My case was relatively unique but Rene did not hesititate to research anything she was unsure about it use it to help me. Without Rene, I suspect my case would have had a much different, and probably negative outcome.

A friend told me about Rene. I called her and she went out of her way explaining things to me. In court she was professional, possessed knowledge and came to the point with the judge. As a result I won my case. Since that time, I have emailed her a few times and she responded quickly giving me the answers needed. As a lawyer she is excellent and I highly recommend her.

Rene is extremely knowledgeable and I know that my case was won because she used all resources at her disposal. She never once tried to tell me 'everything will be all right', which I respect. She gave it to me straight, which I appreciate, and proves that she wasn't just getting her paycheck, she was serious about winning and doing the right thing for my family. I highly recommend her if you need justice, but don't expect to BS her. The only opportunity I think she has is in her followup. Sometimes it does take a minute to hear back from her or to get something done. Whether that's just the nature of practicing law or not, I don't know, I haven't dealt with this stuff much, but that was the only piece that made me nervous. Again though, I highly recommend her and she made the difference.

I would recomend Rene to anyone..She is very professional and knows the law when it comes to children. My son has a better life now because of Rene and some other professionals that were involved in my case. Rene being a mother herself, understands and is concerned about the childs best interest.
