Seth is an absolute bull dog of a family attourney. I was distraught, worn down, and hopeless that I would ever get custody of my 2 girls. Seth crushed the hearing, picking apart every thing under a microscope. The end result was me receiving full and permanent custody of both girls. Great price for a working man to afford.

I was well pleased with Seth and his hard work. He jumped in and took charge and got my divorce done fast, after I had a do-nothing attorney.

When I stared the long journey of my divorce, I searched reviews and asked around looking for a good attorney. Seth Thomas' name kept popping up as a good option so i decided to give his office a call. They answered immediately and within 2 hours I was in his office speaking to him personally. He listened and I could tell he truly cared and that day I decided this was the man I wanted on my team. My seemingly simple divorce turned into a long, hard battle for custody of my children and the ability to relocate out of state. Before my divorce, I was unsure of how the process would work and a little naive. Seth explained that it wasnt going to be as simple as I originally thought but he explained how everything worked and I felt confident with him by my side. Seth spent countless hours working on my case, even on weekends and late nights. He answered the phone every time I called and never left me hanging which made me feel like I wasnt alone in such a rough time in my life. I am a shy person and court was scary for me but I never felt alone when I had Seth by my side. He always briefed me on what to expect in court before we went and always stood up for me in the courtroom. In the end, Seth was able to complete my divorce in a civil way, get me sole custody of my 3 children, child support and the ability to relocate. I got everything I wanted in court and when it came to cost, I was honestly surprised at how little I owed him. He also worked with me, knowing that I am a single mother of 3 and never made me feel pressured to pay him. Sorry this review is so long, but even a thousand words could never describe how grateful I am for Seth Thomas. If you are looking for an attorney who delivers, treats you as a priority and fights for you with everything he has, Seth is your man.

If you’re looking for a family lawyer, look no further. I emailed a few lawyers for my husband and Seth responded right away (9pm) and called the next morning after looking over our case and what we were wanting to do, he already had a game plan and laid it out for us step by step. Not to mention, we reside outside of the state of KY - in FL. No other lawyer we talked to was as thorough as he was.
